Hubert, NC 28539.

Include with your order, a contact phone number, email, ship to address and all changes/updates you need done. Orders will not be shipped until payment is provided (i.e. call or annotate a credit card number).
Any orders that need to be expedited must phone ahead first to ensure we can accommodate your due date.

NEW MEDAL MOUNTING CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE MOST OR ALL OF THEIR OWN MEDAL - must place their order first on the website.
Example: You have Navy Achievement, Good Conduct (needs device update), Iraq Camp etc. You would go to the medal mounting order form and go to the NAM. You would select "Sending my own medal", then onto the GC you would select what ever stars are required.

You don't have the ICM so you would select what ever medal it is that you need...Lg Anod, Lg Bronze etc. It will charge you for the medal and the mounting where as the NAM would only charge you the mounting fee.
MAKE SURE YOU GET A CONFIRMATION ORDER NUMBER! If you don't, you left something
off the order form that is needed. Once your orders comes thru the web, we pull your order and hold it until your medals arrive.

IF YOU ARE SENDING MEDALS - to be mounted/re-mounted and may have add-ons

  1. Go through the order form as if you were ordering for the 1st time. In the "size and finish" block, select sending own medals, and device selection.
  2. If you need to have ribbons mounted also, you will need to go "back" after each medal, that you will need a ribbon for.
  3. You will need to select how many bars you need per how many medals you have on each row.
  4. At the "checkout" click on the appropriate "drop down" selection for the type of ribbon rack you need. If you wear staggered Alpha (around your lapel if needed ), indicate in the prescribed area how you need them stacked from bottom row to top, and if you have a single ribbon on top, where it needs to be "centered or to your left". If you exceed 5 rows high you must check the "additional fee for $2.50" box.
  5. The total at checkout is an estimate cost. We will not know until we do your order, what we can re-use. If you are going from one row to two, they will all have to be re-done.
** don't forget to order your ribbons that don't rate medals !

FIRST TIME ORDERS - Medals and or Ribbons

  1. You must select a "size and finish". If you are ordering both Large Medals and Ribbons, you will need to go "BACK" after selecting one size medal, so you can order the ribbon also. Same applies to adding large and mini medals on the same order. We have found it easier to make one order at a time, all large medals, then all ribbons, etc.
  2. When ordering ribbons, if you wear any ribbon with a gold frame, I recommend a rack with 1/8 in space between rows. If you need ribbons for two different type uniforms, select both ribbon racks that you need. You will also need to go into the "Shopping Cart" to update the quantities (2 sets = a qty of 2)
  3. If you wear staggered Alpha (around your lapel if needed ), indicate in the prescribed area how you need them stacked from bottom row to top, and if you have a single ribbon on top, where it needs to be "centered or to your left"
  4. If you exceed 5 rows high you must check the "additional fee for $2.50" box.
  5. If your lapel covers more than 1/3 inch, that ribbon need to be moved to the next higher row.
